Passionate, aggressive, out to kill

My freshman year I was supposed to play JV but I fell short. My sophomore year I was supposed to play varsity and got my spot taken by a freshman. I didn't really put in the work I needed to during the off-season until Covid hit after my first year of varsity my junior year and realized I wasn't as good as I thought and saw all these other kids my age, and younger getting recognition and playing a lot better. I really worked hard during the off-season and when we were blessed with a season I made the most of it but because I put so much pressure on myself to have such an outstanding year, I ended not doing as well as I wanted to, and I know I can be a much better player.

Yes, it has been my dream to play at the next level. My dad played college basketball, and I want to follow in his footsteps. I also love the sport and want to continue playing at a higher level against even better competition to improve my own game. Even if I don't get a lot of playing time to begin with I'll work harder to earn my spot.
